Returns & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Please read before contacting us to cancel an order.

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed.

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, we will be happy to cancel your order.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. We will charge £5 administration fee since we need to send back to our international warehouse.

For Exchange item due to size change or mis-measurement, we have to charge £5 administration fee to process a reshipment since you need to pay for the shipping cost and administration.

For any form of RETURNS, please be informed as well that a £5 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

We have to charge the £5 administration fee because there are internal costs associated with fulfilling an order and even more with canceling an order. We don't charge anything if it is our responsibility such as the product is damaged. This charge applies to cancelled orders and returns.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require you to email 
support@bouxties.com a receipt or proof of purchase and the reason(s) for the return. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@bouxties.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 
support@bouxties.com and we will give you the refund shipping details

To return your product providing you are eligible for the return, you should email us at support@bouxties.com and we will give you the refund shipping details

Once we issue you with a return address it is your responsibility to return the item. Items must be sent tracked.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
